Quad Cities Marathon (and Half Marathon) or other similar races in the fall
This program is offered for people wanting to conquer the half or full marathon distance. Whether this is your first longer distance race, or you want to improve there is a place for you. Our group of supportive mentors and coaches will be with you every step of the way to ensure your success in either distance! We will be meeting on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings. Come and experience the benefits of training with others with similar goals as well as enjoy special in store deals for participants. In addition to providing a customized 12 week training plan for you, we will be giving you a 5 week running plan to prepare the way for our workouts that begin on July 5th. This pre-training work is designed to give you a solid base of running before the 12 week program.
