Yoga for Runners

Join us once a month for a yoga session to help increase your flexibility and work on your stabilization muscles. You will absolutely leave calm and refreshed, so take the time to incorporate something new into your cross training! This event will take place the 3rd Tuesday of every month at the Davenport School of Yoga. 

Spots are limited to 13 people per session and you must register ahead of time using the link below!

Program Fee: $10 for 90 minute yoga session
